Shipping
- Products in stock: your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after the confirmation of the payment, and delivered within 3-5 days (maybe vary depending on the type of shipping or for foreign countries)
- Custom product: production time depend on the product, the customisation requested and the availability of materials, maybe vary between 2/4 weeks. Shipping follows in 3-5 business days. The details would be arranged via email (or phone) during the order.
Returns
Returns: At this time there is NO return for pedal straps, cycling caps and custom products (e.g. messenger bags). If you order will be not delivered within 7 days, or it’s damaged please notify us by email on info@bark-gear.com
Prices
All prices are quoted in euro. Our prices include value added tax, and duty unless otherwise specified.
Security
To warrant your security for payment with credit cards we use Paypal (please click on the link to learn more) or bank transfer. In the first case you will pay during the check-out and you’ll be redirected on the Paypal website for a safe and protected transfer. The payment is collected immediatly and you order will be shipped as soon as possible.
In the second case, within a couple of minutes after the confirm of your order, you’ll become an email with payment instructions and our bank account information. The transfer need normally 2/5 business day to be collected, after the receiving of the payment your order will be shipped as soon as possible.
